Every time someone signs up with your unique link and completes the required steps, you both get rewarded — it’s that simple! You can earn up to 400 SC in total, with a maximum of 20 successful referrals.
A few things to keep in mind:
- Only referrals who fully register and complete the required activity will count.
- Rewards are capped — once you’ve reached 20 registered referrals, you’ve hit the maximum. Invite wisely to maximize your rewards!
- Make sure your friend uses your unique link; otherwise, the system won’t be able to track it.
To qualify as a referral within 7 days of signing up, your friend needs to:
- Make purchases totaling $20+
- Use a brand-new, unique account (no duplicates or multi-accounts)
- Verify both their email and phone number
Important to know:
- All steps must be completed within the 7-day window — late completions won’t qualify.
- Each friend can only be referred once.
- If your friend already had an account, it won’t count as a new referral.
The smoother your friend’s signup, the faster you both enjoy your rewards!
Don’t worry — most of the time it’s just a small hiccup. Common reasons include:
- Your friend didn’t use your link. The system only tracks referrals made with your unique link/code.
- Requirements not completed yet. Rewards are granted only once your referral meets all activity rules (for example, completing registration or making their first purchase).
- Duplicate or ineligible accounts. If your friend already had an account or doesn’t meet eligibility rules, the referral won’t count.
- Processing time. Sometimes rewards take a little while to appear.

Restrictions are rare, but they can happen if program rules aren’t followed. Your access may be limited if:
- You or your referrals violate the program’s terms.
- There’s a suspicion of duplicate or multiple accounts.
- Additional verification is required to confirm eligibility.
If this happens, your referral link may be paused and rewards put on hold until everything is sorted out.
The good news: Once any issue is resolved, your access is usually restored, and you can continue inviting others and earning rewards without a problem!

Due to Apple platform restrictions, purchases made directly inside the iOS app do not count toward referral program participation. To qualify, you need to purchase bundle offers available on the Cashoomo website.

- You will be redirected to the Cashoomo website, where those purchases do count toward referral requirements.
