To get access to the Bronze section and to participate in VIP Vault, simply sign up in a few clicks. Simple as that, no additional strings attached.

The Silver Vault level unlocks after your first Gold Coin bundle purchase. Thereafter, Vault sections can be accessed through playing, winning, purchasing more Gold Coins, and claiming rewards. Be sure to track the progress through this page.

Based on your Vault Level, you’ll unlock access to a variety of exclusive features — including enhanced game selections, new quest sequences and bundles, upgraded rewards, and improved mechanics. Most benefits stay with you as you level up, unless a higher level offers a better version of the same feature. Some perks, like Recognition Rewards, are one-time bonuses granted when you reach specific Vault sections.

Sometimes, when a new Vault section is reached, some extra verification may be required before one can fully enjoy the new flow. It's not a mandatory step and only happens if our Compliance Team sees the absolute need to do so - this is our way of ensuring the Vault remains as secure and trustworthy as a secret handshake reserved for our most esteemed members! But no worries, this is a rare occasion, and even if something specific is required - our Support Team will reach you at once and guide you through to make sure that process goes fast and smooth.

You will retain access to your current Vault level and all associated benefits indefinitely, unless your membership with Cashoomo is suspended, either through your own request or due to a violation of our Terms of Service. Please note that access to some VIP benefits might be temporarily limited if the Compliance Department determines that additional verification is required, until the process is completed.
