NO GAMES OR ANY INFORMATION RELATED TO OR RESULTING FROM THE OPERATION OF ANY GAMES MAY BE USED IN ANY WAY FOR ANY GAMBLING OR WAGERING PURPOSES, OR FOR ANY OTHER ILLEGAL OR PROHIBITED ACTIVITY.

Company is an online platform that offers users the chance to play games for entertainment and amusement purposes. Company offers two modes of gameplay: (1) Standard Games, and (2) Sweepstakes Games (collectively, the “Games”).

Standard Games are games played with “Gold Coins.” Gold Coins are provided solely for the purpose of participating in Standard Games, have no real-world monetary value, and cannot be redeemed for Prizes, cash, or any other form of currency.

Company also gives away sweepstakes entries referred to as “Sweeps Coins.” Sweeps Coins can be used to participate in Sweepstakes Games for a chance to win Sweeps Coins that are redeemable for real Prizes.

These Sweeps Rules ('Sweeps Rules') govern and regulate the giveaway of sweepstakes entries, referred to as 'Sweeps Coins,' and the operation of Sweepstakes Games by Green Candy Solutions, Inc. ('Company').

Your entry in a Sweepstakes Game constitutes your acceptance of these Sweeps Rules and any and all other terms and conditions relating to Company’s operation of its website https://cashoomo.com/ (the “Website”) and/or providing of services relating thereto, including, without limitation, the Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. In the event you do not agree or wish to be bound by these Sweeps Rules, or our Terms of Service and/or Privacy Policy, your sole remedy shall be to not access Sweepstakes Games and/or to withdraw and discontinue your participation on the Website. You expressly agree and acknowledge that any and all dispute regarding your participation in a Sweepstakes Game shall be resolved in accordance with the provisions contained herein and/or the Terms of Service.

All capitalized terms undefined herein shall have the meaning provided to it in our Terms of Service.

1. Eligibility

1.1. Sweepstakes Games are open only to legal residents of the Permitted States. All Sweepstakes Game Players must be at least eighteen (18) years old at time of entry. “Permitted States” means the United States, excluding the States of Michigan, Washington and Idaho. Participation is void where prohibited by law.

1.2. Each Sweepstakes Game shall begin at the start time designated for such a Sweepstakes Game on the Website, and shall end upon the determination of a winner, or at such other time as designated by these Sweeps Rules (“Sweepstakes Game Period”).

1.3. A person who participates in a Sweepstakes Game is a “Sweepstakes Game Player”.

1.4. A person who participates in a Standard Game is a “Standard Game Player.”

1.5. Standard Game Players and Sweepstakes Game Players are collectively referred to as “Players.”

1.6. Gold Coins and Sweeps Coins are collectively referred to as “Coins.”

1.7. Sweepstakes Games are subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. It is the sole responsibility of a Sweepstakes Game Player to determine whether participation in a Sweepstakes Game is legal and compliant with all regulations in the jurisdiction in which the Sweepstakes Game Player resides.

1.8. Employees (including, without limitation, part-time or temporary employees) of Company, and any of Company’s contest sponsors and their respective parent entities, subsidiaries, affiliated companies and advertising and promotion agencies, and the immediate family and other household members (i.e., spouses, parents, grandparents, children, grandchildren, roommates, housemates, significant others, partners, siblings (half and full) and the steps of each of the foregoing) of each of the above are NOT eligible to enter and/or to win Sweepstakes Games.

1.9. Participation in a Sweepstakes Games constitutes the Sweepstakes Game Player’s full and unconditional agreement to these Sweeps Rules and Company’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes Games.

2. Entry

2.1. In order to enter a Sweepstakes Game, you must be a registered user of the Website, have at least the minimum amount of Sweeps Coins in your Customer Account required for entry, and enter a Sweepstakes Game in accordance with these Sweeps Rules.

3. How To Collect Coins

3.1. You may collect Gold Coins in one of the following ways:

a. Registering an Account. Each Player will automatically receive free Gold Coins upon registering a Customer Account on the Website.

b. Participation in Standard Games. Each Player may earn Gold Coins from participation in Standard Games.

c. Promotional Giveaways. Each Player will have the right to receive free Gold Coins by participating in no-cost giveaways hosted by Company and/or through social media platforms affiliated with Company from time to time. Giveaways will be at no cost and the amount of Gold Coins given away will be stated for the applicable giveaway. Gold Coins will be credited to each contest winners’ Customer Account upon completion.

3.2. You may collect Sweeps Coins in one of the following ways:

a. Accessing the Website. Each Player will automatically receive free Sweeps Coins upon registering an Account on the Website.

b. As a Free Bonus When Purchasing Gold Coins. Each Player will automatically receive Sweeps Coins as a free bonus when purchasing Gold Coins. The amount of Sweeps Coins that a Player will receive as a bonus with purchase is stated on the Website. All purchases are final.

c. Entering Sweeps Coins no-cost giveaways. Each Player will have the right to receive free Sweeps Coins by participating in no-cost giveaways hosted by Company and/or through social media platforms affiliated with Company from time to time. Giveaways will be at no cost and the amount of Sweeps Coins given away will be stated for the applicable giveaway. Sweeps Coins will be credited to each contest winners’ Customer Account upon completion.

d. Mail-in Request. To obtain Sweeps Coins via mail-in request, handwrite a postcard or letter including your full name, complete mailing address, and Customer Email. Clearly write "Free Sweepstakes Entry" as the subject to ensure your request is processed correctly. Mail your request to Green Candy Solutions Inc. at 1032 E BRANDON BLVD #1889, BRANDON, FL 33511, using first-class, postage-prepaid U.S. Mail. Each request must be on a separate postcard or letter, but there is no limit to the number of requests you can make. This is a free method of entry—no purchase, contribution, or donation is necessary. For each valid mail-in request, you will receive 1 Sweeps Coin.

3.2. The amount of Coins a Player has will be displayed in their Customer Account on the Website. Company reserves the right to change the amount of Coins allocated to Players in accordance with Company’s Terms of Service.

3.3. Use of any automated or other system(s) to acquire Coins or play the Games is prohibited and will result in disqualification and loss of eligibility to participate in the Games. Coins may be forfeited if a Player’s Customer Account is deactivated for any reason, including, without limitation, violation of these Sweeps Rules and/or Terms of Service.

3.4 Sweeps Coins are only valid for sixty (60) days from the date the user acquires the Sweeps Coins to their Customer Account and will then expire automatically.

4. Playing Sweepstakes Games

4.1. Company reserves the right to offer various Sweepstakes Games as determined in its sole discretion. The amount of Sweeps Coins required to play any Sweepstakes Game will be made known to each Sweepstakes Game Player prior to the beginning of the Sweepstakes Game.

4.2. Only Sweeps Coins that have been won following the completion of a Sweepstakes Game can be redeemed for Prizes.

4.3. All Company’s decisions regarding the operation of a Sweepstakes Game shall be final and binding.

4.4. Company reserves the right to modify, alter, or change the rules, regulations, and Prize amounts of any Sweepstakes Game at any time at its sole discretion. All changes shall be made known on the Website prior to the beginning of a Sweepstakes Game. Each Sweepstakes Game Player acknowledges that he/she shall be responsible for staying up to date with any and all changes made to Company’s operation of Sweepstakes Games. In the event of modifying a Sweepstakes Game, a Sweepstakes Game Player’s continued participation in the Sweepstakes Game constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

4.5 Unless Company requires otherwise, any Sweeps Coins allocated to a Player are required to be played once before they are eligible to be redeemed for Prizes. Company may, in its sole discretion, require that any Sweeps Coins allocated to a Player must be played a greater number of times in any combination of Sweepstakes Games before they are eligible to be redeemed for Prizes.

5. Winner Notification

5.1. No Sweepstakes Game Player may be allowed to redeem any winnings for Prizes until such Sweepstakes Game Player’s eligibility has been verified by Company. All decisions regarding verification of eligibility are final and binding.

5.2. Potential winners must comply with these Sweeps Rules and Terms of Service and winning is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements made known by Company.

5.3. The ability to redeem Sweeps Coins won from participation in a Sweepstake Games may be forfeited if a potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to comply with Company’s verification requests within the required time period, fails to comply with these Sweeps Rules or Terms of Service, or if the Prize or Prize notification is returned as undeliverable. In the event that a potential winner of a Sweepstakes Game is disqualified or ruled ineligible for any reason, such Prize shall be deemed forfeited.

6. Prize Redemption

6.1. A Player’s Coins balance is stated in the Player’s Customer Account. Coins may not be sold, transferred, assigned, gifted, traded or sublicensed (including for monetary exchange or for any other value). Coins (other than Sweeps Coins won from participating in a Sweepstakes Game) cannot be redeemed for Prizes.

6.2. All redemptions of Sweeps Coins won from participation in a Sweepstakes Game will be paid out in USD using a third party payment provider authorized by Company, as amended from time to time.

6.3. We reserve the right to limit the amount of the minimum or maximum redemption value for any Prize per day as we deem fit at our sole discretion. In New York and Florida, the maximum redemption value for a Prize won from any one Game is 5,000 USD and any Prize with a value in excess of 5,000 USD will be reduced to a maximum value of 5,000 USD.

6.4. Company is not responsible for any taxes or fees associated with the Prize redemption. Any and all taxes on a Prize, and any other expenses not explicitly stated herein, are the sole responsibility of the Prize recipient.

6.5. No substitution or transfer of Prize is permitted. Company reserves the right to substitute the listed Prize with another Prize of equal or greater value for any reason owing to circumstances outside Company’s reasonable control.

6.6. All winners will be notified via the Website and/or by email associated with their Customer Account.

7. Publicity

By participating in a Sweepstakes Game, each Sweepstakes Game Player consents to the use of their name, voices, pictures, images, or other likeness for advertising, promotional and other purposes as determined by Company without further approval or compensation, worldwide, in perpetuity and in any and all forms of media, whether now known or hereafter devised (except where prohibited).

8. Disqualification

Company reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process, the operation of a Sweepstakes Game, the Website, or to be acting in violation of these Sweeps Rules or our Terms of Service. Any use of robotic, macro, automatic, programmed or the like entry methods will void all such entries by such methods. Company shall be the sole arbiter in all matters relating to Sweepstakes Games and the interpretation of these Sweeps Rules. Entry into a Sweepstakes Game constitutes agreement by all entrants to abide by these Sweeps Rules, our Terms of Service, as well as any other rules established by Company.

9. Limitations Of Liability And Release

9.1. By entering into a Sweepstakes Game, all Sweepstakes Game Players agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless Company, and its respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, distributors, sponsors, contractors, suppliers and advertising, promotional and judging organizations and each of their respective employees, officers, directors, shareholders and agents (collectively, the “Releases”) from and against any and all claims, expenses, and liability, including but not limited to negligence and damages of any kind to persons and property, including but not limited to invasion of privacy (under appropriation, intrusion, public disclosure of private facts, false light in the public eye or other legal theory), defamation, slander, libel, violation of right of publicity, infringement of trademark, copyright or other intellectual property rights, property damage, or death or personal injury sustained in connection with receipt, ownership, use, or misuse of a Prize, or while preparing for or participating in any qualifying or Prize-related activity, or in any other way related to participation in the Sweepstakes Game.

9.2. By entering into a Sweepstakes Game, all Sweepstakes Game Players agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Company and its Releases from and against any and all claims, expenses, and liabilities (including reasonable attorneys/legal fees) arising out of or relating to a Sweepstakes Game Player’s participation in the Sweepstakes Game and/or Sweepstakes Game Player’s acceptance, use or misuse of Prizes.

9.3. Company and the Releases are not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by Website users, Sweepstakes Game Players, or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes Games and assume no responsibility for (i) any injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from a Sweepstakes Game Player’s participation in a Sweepstakes Game or receipt or use or misuse of any Prize (ii) any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, or delay in operation or transmission on the Website, (iii) any computer, telephone, cable, satellite, network, electronic or Internet hardware or software malfunctions or failures, problems with connections or availability, (iv) garbled or jumbled transmissions, service provider/Internet/web site/use net accessibility or availability, (v) traffic congestion, (vi) unauthorized human intervention, or (vii) theft or destruction, tampering, or unauthorized access to entries and/or entry information. If, for any reason, a Sweepstakes Game is not capable of running as planned by reason of infection by computer virus, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, tampering, technical failures, or any other causes beyond Company and/or the Releasees control, Company reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend such Sweepstakes Game and select the winner(s) from among all eligible entries received for that Sweepstakes Game prior to the action taken.

9.4. IN NO EVENT COMPANY OR THE RELEASEES WILL BE RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES OR LOSSES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OTHER THAN A PLAYER’S ACTUAL OUT-OF-POCKET EXPENSES ARISING OUT OF YOUR PARTICIPATION IN A GAME. WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, PREMIUM GAMES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. SOME JURISDICTIONS MAY NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OR EXCLUSION OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES SO SOME OF THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. CHECK YOUR LOCAL LAWS FOR ANY RESTRICTIONS OR LIMITATIONS REGARDING THESE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSIONS.

10. Dispute Resolution

All disputes regarding these Sweeps Rules and/or your participation in any Sweepstakes Game shall be governed in accordance with the terms of the “Dispute Resolution and Arbitration Agreement,” set forth in the Terms of Service.

11. Miscellaneous

11.1. These Sweeps Rules shall be governed by the internal substantive laws of the State of Delaware, without respect to its conflict of laws principles.

11.2. Nothing in these Sweeps Rules shall create or confer any rights or other benefits in favor of any third party except as expressly provided herein.

11.5 Company reserves the right to cancel, suspend and/or modify the Sweepstakes Games or these Sweeps Rules, with immediate effect, for any reason, including, without limitation, owing to circumstances outside its reasonable control, as determined by Company at its sole discretion. Company reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes Games or to be acting in violation of these Sweeps Rules or any other promotion offered by the Website.
